Mrs Etto’s Cupcakes – Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re proud to deliver sweet moments across Brisbane with care and reliability. Please read below for all the details on how we get your cupcakes from our kitchen to your door.

Delivery Areas

We offer local delivery across Brisbane. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Days & Times

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Friday

  • Delivery windows are generally between:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Specific time requests can be made, but are not guaranteed. We’ll do our best to accommodate!

Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery may be available for select products – please call us directly on 047 506 2426 to check availability

  • Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM (noon) the day prior

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our kitchen. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

Pickup Option

You’re welcome to pick up your order from our café during business hours. Please arrive during your selected time slot to ensure freshness and availability.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your delivery:

  • Our driver will attempt to contact you

  • If safe, the order will be left at the delivery address

  • If we cannot deliver safely, re-delivery may incur an additional fee

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for large or custom orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or inaccessible premises

  • All cupcakes are delivered in climate-controlled conditions, but we recommend refrigerating or consuming them shortly after delivery
