At Mrs Etto’s, we bake every cupcake with love and care, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our cupcakes and baked goods, we do not accept returns. 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part. Please double-check all spelling, colours, and design requests when placing your order.
